Independent set to win Tas seat

By ALEX McCONACHIE
PREFERENCE flows could see a seat in Tasmania fall to independent Andrew Wilkie. Mr Wilkie is currently second in the primary vote with 22 per cent in the seat of Denison, but will pick up preferences from both the Liberals and Greens.

With both the Liberals and the Greens commanding around 20 per cent of the primary vote, Mr Wilkie will claim Denison should he finish second.

Labor candidate Jonathan Jackson currently leads the primary vote count.
