Top 10 Events under $5

Students are not generally known for their piles of money and lavish lifestyle, but more for living off Ramen and stretching out ten dollars to last a whole week.  The costs of living as a student are definitely high, and it leaves little money to do frivolous things like attend theatre shows, stand-up comedy, or gigs.  But hiding in the midst of the Canberra entertainment scene are a bunch of gigs for students, and what follows are just a few of Canberra’s upcoming events in no particular order, all for $5 or less.
